All payments for mimi g products may be made via direct bank transfer or Paypal.
Each mimi g piece is gift wrapped for you in coloured tissue paper and placed in a velvet lined box or pouch including a description of the jewellery piece; gift bags are available upon request.
We aim to ship 'In Stock' items within 3 working days. Jewellery will not be sent until the payment has cleared. However, this does not apply to bespoke items. For custom made orders, please contact us for specific time frames.
Bespoke orders or items that have been sold out can be ordered by contacting us via email. We can design a specific piece for you, such as your favourite poetic verse, an inspirational quote or a couple's names woven into each other. Any items you see on this website can also be altered to include a birthstone or favourite colour, for instance.
Delivery charges or customer specifications and estimated time scales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. mimi g shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales.
In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
We make every effort to try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, but errors sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this fact as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
mimi g takes pride in the customer service it provides, as we want you to be content with your mimi g piece. We at mimi g, carefully check each piece before dispatch. So, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your piece, please notify us immediately.
mimi g does not offer refunds, unless the piece is faulty. We offer an exchange or a credit note of the same value on all items that have been returned within 7 days of their receipt. The credit note is valid for 90 days from receipt. Exchanges only apply to pieces that have been returned in their original condition (unworn and in the same packaging). Earrings (unless faulty) are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. Likewise, bespoke items cannot be exchanged, as they are personalised items, therefore cannot be re-sold.
To ensure your mimi g piece remains in its original condition, avoid wearing the piece in situations where they can be easily damaged, such as vigorous exercise or laborious work. Make sure the pieces are removed when washing or sleeping. Also, keep them away from household chemicals such as detergents and sprays including hair sprays and perfumes. After you have worn your trinket, return your mimi g piece back its velvet pouch for safe keeping.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights and trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us.
